From and into this database, all identifiable tasks across the system are drawn and entered. Not all tasks in The Den are assigned to Active Projects, some are left to float freely, ready to be picked up whenever/wherever they can. As much as possible, tasks are kept S.M.A.R.T: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. If a task is unwieldy or demands multiple discrete steps, it will be marked as such, and relevant sub-steps can be tracked by opening its page.
